Marianne Policastro-Wik is the Co-Owner/Partner of Insurance Associates of Central Connecticut, LLC.  She is located in Manchester, CT.  Marianne’s passion for helping others is evident in the way she consults with clients to understand their needs.  Her goal is to provide them with the right insurance solutions at the right price. Her approach is consultative, and she exhibits the highest level of integrity in her work.  Our agency is Local, Independent and Community Focused.

After leaving a successful career as a senior leader in the insurance industry, she brought her expertise to the agency.   She has achieved the designation of Personal Lines Coverage Specialist, which reflects her commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Apart from her professional achievements, Marianne is an active supporter of non-profits in her community. She works closely with the CT Council for Family Services Agencies, serves on the board at March, Inc., is a member of the advisory board for the Divine Light Fund at Holy Family, is a member of UNICO Manchester Chapter and is active with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
