On a yearly basis I meet with Art Jennings in the Enfield office to review my policy. Every year he takes the time to adequately research my needs and compare them to the options, all while keep a strict eye on the budget.

Recently, I had to make a glass claim. I emailed Art on a Sunday night so he would see it first thing Monday morning. Even though Art was on vacation, he responded to me that evening and referred me to Nancy in the Wethersfield office. Before noon on Monday I had an appointment for glass replacement.
